Present Moment Meditation was created by Kathy Bindu Henning in 2007, and is the culmination of over 40 years of study and practicing meditation. In Present Moment Meditation she blends the teachings of great masters with an ease and comfort that makes meditation inviting and beneficial for everyone.
Meditation is a time when we sit quietly, close our eyes, and turn our attention within. In doing so, we give our body, mind and senses a rest...a rest that has a different quality than that of sleep.

Throughout the day, our body is moving, our mind is thinking, and our senses are pulled in an outward direction, actively engaged in the world. This can take a toll on our health and well-being, and make it difficult to find peace, stay focused in the moment, and prevent us from getting a good night's sleep.

Meditation is an opportunity to turn within and tap into the deep reservoir of peace and stillness that exists inside each of us. This practice is healing and rejuvenates every aspect of our being, from the physical to the subtle. It quiets the mind and washes away unwanted anxiety, thoughts, feelings, and emotions. It connects us with our inner self. Meditating for just a few minutes a day produces a multitude of beneficial results.
